Crane Electrification Systems & Technology

At Linetech we offer mobile electrification for the crane technology market. We also offer data communication and positioning systems for automated crane operations.

The basic and most common method of powering cranes is via a cable festoon system. Cable festoon systems are relatively economical but are limited by max speed, storage space, and eventual cable and cable trolley maintenance issues.

We offer open conductor bar systems, insulated conductor systems and multiple enclosed conductor systems for powering cranes. We can handle applications for low amperage/low speed to high amperage/speed as well as heavy enclosed systems for high voltage applications. We also offer spring operated and cable festoon systems for powering cranes. Our motorized reels are available in random or mono-spiral wrap configurations.

  • Powerail Enclosed Conductor Systems

This system features an insulated housing with multiple conductors. It is ideal for overhead use where splashing, dust or debris and touch safety is a concern.
